Breathing Circle

The way you breathe, the way you live.

The next Breathing Circle will happen on Wednesday the 12th of September 2018.

Do you feel…

Stuck?

Anxious?

Indifferent?

Generally not as happy as you would like to be?

Maybe you remember feeling wonderfully light and joyful in life yet you cannot connect to that feeling anymore.

Or.. you are feeling well, life is good and you ‘just’ want to maintain that state of being…

Whatever it is that brought you here, trust your instinct and come to breathe with us. Your body knows before your mind does and your breath will release exactly what needs to be released and shifted at given moment.

The Circle is highly nourishing and healing space where you reconnect to your body and soul wisdom through the use of conscious connected breathing. I specifically write CONNECTED because in our daily lives we take micro breaks between inhale and exhale and again between exhale and inhale. It is not good or bad, it just is. When we connect our breaths magic happens and I invite you to let it happen to you.

I say magic but what it is is that we come back to ourselves while breathing consciously and even more so when we do it in a connected way. This is actually the way we used to breathe as children. If you have a trouble imagining what connected breathing means, listen to a sleeping baby. Really, go and visit your friend with a baby and listen to her or him sleeping. When you do that let yourself breathe freely in their presence and you will get a glimpse of the magic I talk about. You will not only calm down but you will probably spontaneously begin to breathe in the same way. And if you don’t, don’t worry because you have just became aware of your breathing which is great success. Every time you become aware of your breathing and choose to focus on it, even if just for a breath or two, your overall awareness increases and your life’s quality improves accordingly. Eckhart Tolle wrote a whole book on the subject of awareness though I believe one paragraph is enough; the rest should be experienced and not talk about.

So… let’s breathe together.

Wherever you go in your inner journey I will hold you.
